We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Physician / Consultant Physician to join our clinical team at Aadharshila Plus Superspeciality Hospital, Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OPD consultations and comprehensive clinical assessments.
Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients appropriately.
Provide inpatient assessment and management.
Conduct regular clinical rounds and monitor patient progress.
Manage acute and emergency clinical situations.
Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Counsel patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment and care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and NABH-related activities.
Provide on-call/emergency support as per the hospital duty roster.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of General Medicine and acute patient management.
Ability to manage both OPD and IPD patients.
Valuable communication and patient-counselling skills.




Ability to work effectively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical clinical practice and documentation.

Duty Hours:
8 hours per day, generally divided into two 4-hour sessions as per hospital schedule. Additional emergency/on-call duties may be assigned as per roster.

Weekly Off:
1 weekly off as per duty roster.
