We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, maintain documentation, track tasks, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Handle invoices, quotations, records, and operational documentation.
- Support lead generation and follow-ups with clients.
- Track projects, applications, deliverables, and pending tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and operational data.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports.
- Support BIS-related operations and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
- Support inventory/stock management and process improvement.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Solid follow-up, record management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
