Coordinate and manage day-to-day vehicle auction activities. Register buyers and sellers and verify required documents. Inspect and record vehicle details, condition, and auction information. Prepare vehicles and documentation for the auction process.
Coordinate with bidders and assist them throughout the auction. Manage bidding procedures and maintain accurate bid records. Prepare auction sheets, invoices, receipts, and transaction records. Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection, and transfer formalities after successful bids.
Handle customer queries and resolve auction-related issues. Maintain proper records of vehicles, bidders, sales, and payments. Coordinate with RTOs, banks, insurance companies, transporters, and other relevant parties.
Ensure that all auction activities are conducted smoothly, transparently, and according to company procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
