Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify recent business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with a proactive approach to generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable products/services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Provide regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market opportunities to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
