Brand Katha is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in branding, website development, social media marketing, and performance marketing. We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who has a strong understanding of visual design and is comfortable using AI-powered tools for graphic and video content creation .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.

✅ Understand project briefs and translate ideas into creative and visually appealing designs.

✅ Create social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing creatives.

✅ Develop engaging AI-generated visuals, images, videos, and creative assets using relevant AI platforms and tools.

✅ Use AI tools to generate video concepts, animations, backgrounds, characters, product visuals, and other creative elements.

✅ Create and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional content for social media platforms.

✅ Combine AI-generated assets with traditional graphic design and video-editing techniques to create high-quality content.

✅ Explore and experiment with new AI tools, platforms, and creative technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.

✅ Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure that creatives follow the required brand guidelines.

✅ Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and the creative team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.





✅ Make design and video revisions based on feedback and deliver final creatives within the given timelines.

✅ Optimize designs and videos according to platform requirements, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and digital advertisements.

Key Requirements

✔ Strong understanding of graphic design, composition, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva , or other relevant design and editing software.

✔ Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for image, video, animation, and content generation.

✔ Familiarity with AI platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Sora, ChatGPT, Gemini , or similar tools is an added advantage.

✔ Ability to write effective AI prompts and generate high-quality visuals and videos using AI tools.

✔ Good understanding of social media trends, reels, short-form video formats, and digital content styles .

✔ A strong creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new visual styles and AI-driven creative techniques.

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace.

✔ A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, video content, motion graphics, and/or AI-generated creative work will be preferred.
