Job Role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to build and scale our B2C mobile applications.

Candidates with recent experience i n FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
- Build clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable mobile application architecture.
- Develop high-performance B2C applications with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user experience.
- Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, financial APIs, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, token management, encrypted storage, SSL pinning, and other mobile security practices.
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver features end-to-end.




- Monitor application performance and stability using Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics , and proactively resolve crashes, ANRs, and production issues.
- Implement push notifications, deep linking, Remote Config, attribution, and analytics integrations.
- Manage application releases through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect , including versioning and production deployments.
- Maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines and follow Git-based development and release practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding and development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of professional experience in Mobile Application Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native .
- Proficiency in Dart and/or JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle, platform guidelines, permissions, storage, and networking.
- Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, MobX, GetX , or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL .
- Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, and Remote Config .
- Experience with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect .
- Valuable knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
