Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Machine Learning & AI Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-based applications .

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Generative AI .
- Conduct practical, hands-on sessions with real-world projects and use cases.
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students/interns in developing ML and AI projects from concept to implementation.
- Explain algorithms, model development, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to trainees throughout their projects.
- Conduct regular assessments and track trainee performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI tools/frameworks .
- Assist in designing industry-oriented training programs and project modules.
- Evaluate student projects and provide constructive technical feedback.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python programming .
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence .
- Knowledge of Data Science, NumPy,



Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn .
- Understanding of ML algorithms, model training, testing, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents is preferred.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks is an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field .
- Relevant certifications or practical project experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant industry/training experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical AI/ML project experience and excellent technical knowledge may also be considered.
