Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels.
Interview coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and support interview processes across departments.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires.

Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Data-driven insights: Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve hiring efficiency.

Required Skills
Recruitment expertise: Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar role.

HRMS proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for recruitment workflows.
Excel expertise: Ability to manage recruitment dashboards and reports in MS Excel.
