Creating prospects and tie ups, associations, sponsorships, barters, etc. for the centers.
Conceptualizing, brainstorming and creating detailed presentations/concept notes.
Planning mall activations and ensuring quality and smooth executions.
Coordinating with vendors, partners and maintaining vendor relationships.
Creatives and artwork coordination with the agencies.
Working on costing, budgets, and negotiations with vendors/partners.
Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement in future events
