Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management with administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives
Coordinate internal and external communication via email and calls
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Handle travel arrangements and scheduling when required
Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending action items
Assist in data management and MIS reporting
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year as an Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordination role
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Comfortable working in night shifts
