Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Location: Pune | Experience: 5–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.js to contribute to the development of scalable cloud-based SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-performance web solutions and working in a team-oriented product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
Build contemporary, responsive user interfaces using React.js and contemporary frontend practices.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless application connectivity.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting,



and technical discussions.
Implement secure coding standards and data protection best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git.
Understanding of software design principles and clean architecture.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Knowledge of Redux, React Query, or similar state management tools.
Exposure to Healthcare, EMR/EHR, or SaaS product development.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
