Role & responsibilities
Handle project funding & project finance activities.
Manage loan/funding documentation and disbursement.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.
Prepare cash flow, fund requirement & utilisation reports.
Monitor project-wise fund utilisation and repayments.
Support financial projections, budgeting, and project feasibility.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and MIS reporting
Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of Real Estate Project Finance, Funding & Banking Coordination with excellent Excel and analytical skills.
MBA Finance (Full Time Mandatory)
Real Estate experience is mandatory
