Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Work on spark plug assembly and production processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ensure proper handling and assembly of components.
- Follow 5S practices at the workplace.
- Support implementation of 4M change principles.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintain production-related records and reports.
- Use SAP MM and MS Office for relevant operational activities.
- Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a secure, clean and organized work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good understanding of production/manufacturing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety practices.
- Knowledge of 5S, 4M and SAP MM will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
