Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows to enable seamless software delivery. Drives cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across enterprise settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable, high-performing software deployments.
Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Implement container orchestration and automation using Docker, Kubernetes.
Integrate security and compliance controls within CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps approach).
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for setting provisioning, testing automation, and release governance.
Drive observability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Enable incident response, reliability engineering, and performance optimization frameworks.
Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
