Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end BPO transition and transformation projects .
Drive transition planning, execution, governance, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
Manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, documentation, process walkthroughs, and handover.
Oversee data migration , validation, reconciliation, and transition readiness.
Manage procurement operations across P2P and S2P processes.
Coordinate operations involving SAP, SAP Ariba, vendor management, and invoice processing .
Identify transition risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Work closely with business, operations, technology, procurement, and vendor teams.
Establish transition KPIs, SLAs, governance mechanisms, and performance reporting.
Ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations with minimal business disruption.





Mandatory Skills & Experience:
BPO transitions industry experience is mandatory.
Proven Project Management and Transition Management experience.
Solid experience in Knowledge Transfer and Data Migration .
Robust background in Procurement Operations .
Hands-on knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay)

processes.
Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba .
Solid understanding of Vendor Management and Invoice Processing .
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
