Role: Drive regional sales growth, manage distribution networks, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary, secondary & tertiary sales targets
Drive market expansion, revenue growth & forecasting
Manage Super Dealers, Sub-dealers & chemist networks
Lead and develop a 10+ member sales team
Build relationships with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals & Key Influencers
Drive hospital, institutional & tender business
Ensure effective SFA/CRM reporting and process compliance
Lead current product launches, category expansion & competitor analysis
