Responsibilities
- As a Senior Program Delivery Coordinator - Meetings Events at JLL in the Amazon Meetings Events/Service Delivery department, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Program Manager in the coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events. This role ensures seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks while serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors,



and event participants. Working full-time in Bangalore - BLR37, you will assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while coordinating event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables, directly contributing to JLLs mission of delivering exceptional corporate meeting and event experiences for Amazon through superior coordination, execution, and stakeholder management.
