We are looking for a strong
Full Stack Developer
who can take ownership of backend architecture and SaaS module delivery. This role requires strong system thinking, production discipline, and the ability to design scalable and maintainable backend services.
You will work closely with:

- ? Product Leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs using
Node.js
- Architect and develop multi-tenant SaaS modules
- Implement secure authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Design optimized PostgreSQL database schemas
- Build structured, scalable, and maintainable backend code
- Develop modern dashboards using Next.js + Tailwind CSS
- Define clean and consistent API contracts between services
- Collaborate on integrating AI services
into product features
- Work with third-party APIs and external integrations
- Take ownership of delivering a complete SaaS module within the initial months
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE
in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 8-10+ years
of practical software development experience
- Robust backend development experience with
Node.js
- Experience building SaaS, ERP, or multi-user systems
- Solid understanding of authentication and RBAC
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
or other relational databases
- Experience with
Next.js
, dashboards, and API integration
- Practical
Python
experience including scripts, API integrations, and basic FastAPI
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
