Role Description

We are looking for a Logistics Engineer for a full-time, on-site prospect based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building a career across logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehousing, supply chain operations, inventory movement, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.

The Logistics Engineer will work closely with supply chain, warehouse, production, procurement, sales, transporters, and plant operations teams to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related engineering discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory, material movement, or manufacturing can apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, agro-processing, logistics, e-commerce, consumer goods, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations, transportation, dispatch, warehousing, and material movement.
- Knowledge of route planning, freight management, vehicle utilization, inventory movement, or dispatch planning will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP, SAP, MS Excel, MIS reporting, or logistics software will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, numerical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters, vendors, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing setting.
- Internship, industrial training, or academic project experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong focus on timely delivery, cost efficiency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
