We’re looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can build and execute SEO strategies, lead a small team, and drive organic growth for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities Create and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO strategies. Lead and mentor the SEO team while managing daily tasks. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Improve organic rankings, traffic, and overall website performance. Plan content strategy with the content/design team. Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and prepare monthly reports. Identify current growth prospects and implement data-driven SEO initiatives.
Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Experience leading an SEO team is preferred. Robust knowledge of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals & backlink strategies. Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
