If you are a seasoned IT audit professional who understands both the fine print of RBI mandates and the architecture of contemporary digital banking/financial services, this confidential leadership mandate is for you.

? What you will be doing (The Mandate)

As the strategic head for tech assurance, you will not just check boxes; you will safeguard the company's digital perimeter. Your core mandate includes:

- Architecting the Strategy: Designing and driving the annual, risk-based IT audit plan with a sharp focus on IT Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC).
- Leading Full-Cycle Assurance: Overseeing comprehensive audits across ITGCs (Access, Change Management, Backups), SDLC, Data Migration, Cloud architectures, and BCP/DR frameworks.
- Regulatory & Compliance Custodian: Acting as the primary anchor for RBI guidelines and CVC norms, ensuring the bank stays ahead of changing regulatory landscapes.
- Smart Auditing: Shifting away from legacy methods by heavily leveraging CAATs and data analytics (SQL/Python) to track anomalies and prevent fraud.
- Stakeholder & Team Alignment:



Mentoring a high-performing tech audit team while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, external auditors, and regulators.

? Who we are looking for

You are a blend of a technical expert, a regulatory strategist, and an empathetic leader.

- The Experience: You bring 10+ years of hardcore IT Audit experience, with a solid footprint inside the banking or financial services ecosystem.
- The Blueprint: B.E./B.Tech/MCA
- The Credibility: Active global credentials like CISA are highly preferred (CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are massive pluses).
- The Technical DNA: Deep familiarity with COBIT/ITIL, Core Banking Solutions (CBS), payment rails (UPI, NEFT), operating systems (UNIX/Linux), and third-party cloud security ecosystems.

- RBI Cyber Security Circulars & Data Privacy mandates.
- Digital Banking Frameworks (Mobile apps and APIs).
