Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled MS .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and MongoDB, along with exposure to cloud technologies, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will play a key role in building scalable and high-performing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Refactor existing applications and implement enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and RxJS.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API development.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful services.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with MongoDB and/or SQL databases.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with source control tools, debugging, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Exposure to Microservices Architecture, Event Streaming, and Messaging Platforms.
- Knowledge of Micro Frontends and Angular Elements is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
