? Build the Future of Healthcare AI — Senior IC Role at a US healthtech GCC

We're hiring a Lead Engineer, AI for a fast-scaling Global Capability Center in Hyderabad/Bangalore, working on production-grade AI systems that power one of the largest healthcare Revenue Cycle Management platforms in the US.

This is a senior individual contributor + technical leadership role — not a management role. You'll architect, build, and own AI systems that run at enterprise scale.

What you'll work on:

- Design and deploy Agentic AI systems with multi-step orchestration and guardrails
- Lead ML pipeline simplification and model consolidation at scale
- Drive code review culture , clean architecture, and engineering excellence




- Reduce technical debt systematically using static analysis and quality metrics
- Mentor engineers and establish coding standards and best practices

You're a robust fit if you have:

- 8–11 years in software engineering, 5+ years in ML/analytics engineering
- Expert Python — production-quality, not notebook code
- Hands-on with Classical ML, NLP, XGBoost, scikit-learn
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Strong code review experience — mandatory
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture, CI/CD, MLOps
- SQL proficiency
