The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle. You'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and beyond) — turning ad spend into sales and brand awareness. This is a full time, in office role in Kozhikode.

What you'll do

Manage paid ad campaigns end-to-end — setup, testing, scaling
n
Track performance and optimize for ROI and CAC
n
Run audience segmentation and A/B tests
n
Build dashboards and campaign reports
n
Work closely with creative and product teams to keep messaging on-brand
n
Stay sharp on performance marketing trends and platform updates
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Solid experience with paid social and search advertising
n
Comfortable with analytics tools and reading data to make decisions
n
Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
n
Good communicator — can explain numbers simply
n
Organized, can juggle multiple campaigns at once
n
Bonus: interest in fashion/lifestyle brands, or experience in the space
n
