Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Engineer role based in the Pune Division.

The Junior Sales

Engineer will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, explaining technical features of BLDC-based products and Solar DC water pumps, and preparing proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities include providing pre- and post-sales technical support, assisting in product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal R&D; and production teams to address customer queries. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, tracking leads and opportunities,



and contributing to market feedback for product improvements.

The Junior Sales

Engineer will also help build long-term customer relationships through responsive service and clear communication.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand technical solutions and present them in a clear, customer-focused manner.
- Experience or aptitude in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts related to electrical, electronics, or hydraulics.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Basic understanding of BLDC motor technology, solar-powered systems, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
