Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office technical support for network infrastructure, CCTV, AV, PA, and video conferencing systems at client locations.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, VLAN, DHCP, CAT6 cabling, fiber optics, SFPs, and media converters.

- Monitor and resolve BSNL connectivity issues, including MPLS, ILL, Broadband, FTTH, and VPN connections.

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, PoE switches, and remote viewing solutions.

- Handle installation and troubleshooting of PA systems, audio equipment, displays, projectors, PTZ cameras, and video conferencing systems.

- Conduct site surveys, installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, service calls, and system handovers.

- Coordinate with BSNL, OEMs, project teams, and customers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely service restoration.

- Maintain service reports and technical documentation, provide end-user support, and ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Computer Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).

- Understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.

- Knowledge of structured cabling and network troubleshooting.

- Basic understanding of BSNL connectivity services such as MPLS, Broadband, FTTH, and Leased Lines.

- Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of Audio-Visual systems,



including displays, projectors, webcams, microphones, and conferencing devices.

- Experience with Windows operating systems, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting.

- Ability to use testing tools and perform basic network diagnostics.

- Candidate Should be residing in Madurai.

Preferred Skills

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Network Support, CCTV, AV, or IT Infrastructure projects.

- Experience in installation and maintenance of Cisco, HPE Aruba, D-Link, Digisol, Ruckus, or similar networking equipment.

- Knowledge of Video Conferencing solutions such as Cisco, Poly, Yealink, Logitech, AVer, or similar platforms.

- Exposure to CCTV solutions from CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, or equivalent.

- Basic understanding of PA systems and audio equipment from Yamaha, Bosch, Ahuja, or similar brands.

- Experience in government, educational institutions, or enterprise support environments.

- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.

- Industry certifications such as CCNA, N+, CCTV Certification, or equivalent will be preferred.

- The Junior Network Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support for networking infrastructure, BSNL connectivity, CCTV systems, PA systems, Audio-Visual equipment, webcams, and related technologies deployed at the client premises in Madurai; ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
