Splashit is hiring a full time Social Media Manager.

We're looking for someone who understands content, has a solid eye for visuals, and can help us build Splashit into a brand people love to follow online. This role is mainly focused on Instagram, with some posting and content support for Twitter/X as well.

Location: Gurugram

What you'll do

n

Create engaging photo, video, reel, and story content for Splashit
n
Plan and manage the content calendar
n
Shoot and edit day-to-day social media content at the studio
n
Post consistently across Instagram and support posting on Twitter/X
n
Come up with fresh content ideas, trends, campaigns, and hooks
n
Cover events, customer experiences, workshops, and behind-the-scenes moments
n
Coordinate with the team to highlight offers, launches, special events, and collaborations
n
Help grow engagement, followers, and overall brand presence
n
Track what content is performing and improve based on insights
n

Who we're looking for

Someone with good aesthetic sense and content instincts
n
Comfortable shooting and editing content on phone and/or camera
n
Knows Instagram well — reels, stories, trends, captions, engagement
n
Can write simple, catchy, brand-appropriate copy
n
Organized, proactive, and able to execute quickly
n
Someone who enjoys being around creative, fun, high-energy spaces
n
Prior experience in social media/content creation is preferred
n

Bonus if you have

Experience with lifestyle, kids, events, entertainment, or experience-based brands
n
Basic design/editing skills on Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
n
A personal content page or portfolio of work
