Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting distributed systems, guiding development teams, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Microservices-based architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Define application architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop and review solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture documents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Drive cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor developers and support technical skill development within the team.

- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 and Spring Framework.
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-12 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Java and Microservices architecture.
