- About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound IT Network & Server Support Associate to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of networking concepts, basic server management knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Freshers with a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, and servers.
- Handle basic server administration and troubleshooting activities.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Configure and maintain basic networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain IT infrastructure records, documentation, and system-related reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations.
- Follow IT security, backup, and system maintenance procedures.

- Required Skills





* Strong knowledge of Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.

- Basic to good understanding of Server Management and Administration.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand a technical problem and find the right solution.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Educational Qualification

* Graduate in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or a related technical field.

- Candidates from other graduation backgrounds may also be considered if they have a strong technical foundation.

- Preferred Certifications

Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
- CCNA
- MCSA / Windows Server Certification
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
- Any equivalent Networking or Server Management certification

- Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Networking, IT Support, System Administration, or Server Management are preferred.
- Freshers should demonstrate strong learning ability, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
