Talent Acquisition Specialist IT & Non-IT

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidates accordingly.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

Non-IT Recruitment Responsibilities

- Manage hiring for Non-IT roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, Manufacturing, etc.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and behavioral assessments.
- Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in contract, permanent, and bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of market mapping and talent analytics.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
