Total Experience Required: 12–14 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program delivery for Conversation Banking transformation initiatives
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with programme milestones
Own planning, tracking, and reporting for the Contact Center-related workstream
Escalate and resolve delivery risks/issues in a timely manner
Support stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology teams
Required / Must-Have Skills
At least 4–5 years of Program Management experience in a PM-lead capacity
Experience working within a Transformation programme/project construct
Experience in a large global organization (preferably Retail Banking)
Understanding of the Contact Center domain within any banking context
