Calling & Lead ManagementMonitor inbound and outbound calling activities.
Ensure all assigned leads are contacted and followed up within the required timelines.
Monitor lead status, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Ensure proper communication with patients/customers regarding clinic services and appointments.
Identify potential leads and ensure maximum conversion prospects are utilized.
Performance & Target ManagementTrack individual and team KPIs such as:
Number of calls
Connected calls
Follow-ups
Appointments booked
Appointments confirmed
Patient visits
Lead conversion
Revenue generated, wherever applicable




Analyze team performance and take corrective action where required.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion.
Training & Quality MonitoringTrain new telecallers on calling scripts, processes, CRM usage, and customer handling.
Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback.
Coach team members on objection handling, communication, and conversion techniques.
Ensure telecallers maintain qualified and courteous communication with patients/customers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and calling procedures.
CoordinationCoordinate with the Marketing, Clinic, Front Desk, and Management teams regarding lead quality, appointments, and follow-ups.
Escalate significant customer/patient concerns to the appropriate department.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM/lead management systems.
