We are looking for an experienced IPQA Executive / Senior IPQA Executive to ensure in-process quality assurance activities are effectively implemented and maintained throughout all stages of manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing and possess a strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and in process controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance before manufacturing and packaging activities.

- Monitor manufacturing and packaging processes as per approved BMR, SOPs, and GMP requirements.

- Conduct in-process quality checks, including pH, viscosity, temperature, appearance, and other critical parameters.

- Verify weighing, dispensing, usage of raw materials, and equipment cleanliness/calibration status.

- Monitor filling, labeling, coding, and packaging operations to ensure product quality and compliance.

- Review batch records, logbooks, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Collect and submit in-process samples to QC for testing and analysis.

- Identify, report, and assist in the investigation of deviations and non-conformities.





- Perform yield reconciliation and material accountability checks.

- Coordinate with Production and QC teams to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.

- Support CAPA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, GMP, GDP, hygiene, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in IPQA/QA within Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries.

- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP, and quality documentation practices.

- Experience in reviewing BMR, BPR, logbooks, and conducting in-process quality checks.

- Robust attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to coordinate effectively with Production and QC teams.

Location

- Kolgaon, Palghar, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
