We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Steward to join Hotel Vaikuntha Stays. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining dining area standards, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
Set and transparent tables as per hotel standards.
Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
Maintain a courteous and skilled attitude with guests and team members.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Support other restaurant operations as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Steward/Waiter in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team-oriented and willing to learn.
