We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and eligibility clearly.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Convert leads into successful sales while achieving assigned targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/software.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
Good customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.

12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.

Candidates with telecalling, telesales, banking, loan, credit card, or customer service experience will be preferred.
