Key Requirements :-
Solid technical background & hands-on programming experience in Java/J2EE programming
Strong technical background & hands-on experience in Java/J2EE code analysis & debugging
Solid hands-on experience in writing SQL queries from intermediate to advanced complexity.
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
Knowledge of any ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy etc.)
Knowledge of Incident & problem management
Knowledge of code check-in/checkout & code deployment
Experience of handling high support volume
Knowledge of versioning tools (Git, GitHub etc.)
Positive communication skills (both written and verbal)
Flexibility with shift timings (India shift hours between 6AM to 10 PM) support on weekends & holidays (Rotational)
Willingness to learn and work in-house programming
Flexibility to work in remote/Hybrid/complete WFO models

Nice to have:
Experience in Banking Domain
