We are looking for an IT & Clinic Software Implementation Executive to manage day-to-day IT requirements and lead the implementation and ongoing management of our clinic management/CRM software.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure and manage clinic management/CRM software.
Coordinate with the software vendor for implementation, troubleshooting and upgrades.
Configure workflows for appointments, billing, packages, leads, inventory and patient management.
Assist with data migration, validation and reporting.
Train staff and ensure proper software adoption and usage.
Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic data security.
Maintain computers, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware and software issues.
Support the Mohali clinic remotely or in office when required.
Candidate ProfileGraduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
2–5 years' experience in IT support, CRM/ERP or software implementation preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware and Excel.
Experience with healthcare, CRM, ERP or business-management software is an advantage.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
