Mandatory Work Location: This is a Work From Office (WFO) internship, and selected candidates will be required to work from the HCLTech Navalur, and Sholinganallur Chennai campus for the entire internship duration.

Support HR team in sourcing and recruitment activities
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Assist in internship operations, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain and track candidate information and reports




Support campus and internship engagement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Education
UG: BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA
PG: MA, MSc, MCom, MCA, MBA

Batch Eligibility
Pass-out / Passing: 2024 / 2025 / 2026 (Preferred)

Other Criteria
Indian Nationals
Not currently employed full-time
Must be willing to work from the HCLTech Navalur, Chennai office throughout the internship period.
Good communication and coordination skills preferred.

Eligible Candidates Include:
Final year full time UG / PG students
Online / Distance education students

Not Eligible
Candidates enrolled in Central/State apprenticeship or internship schemes
Candidates who have completed NATS / NAPS
