Roles & Responsibilities -
Plan and optimize manpower, layout, line balancing, and productivity for high-mix, high-volume production.
Monitor and improve key IE metrics: UPH, UPPH, OEE, manpower productivity, and space utilization.
Support NPI builds with fixture readiness, operator training, and line setup.
Ensure test coverage, DFT compliance, and support debugging of failures.
Ensure uptime of assembly tools, fixtures, and test equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Implement lean practices (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and track KPIs like FPY, OEE, and DPMO.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, SCM, and Program Management to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
12+ years in EMS industry with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
Solid experience in SMT, THT, PCBA, and box-build processes.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
