We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and civil finishing projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have robust site execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise interior fit-out and civil finishing projects.
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from start to handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project timelines.
Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and work plans.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ability to execute work as per approved drawings and coordinate with designers, architects, and site teams.
Proficiency in reviewing AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
