Summary

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translating those into effective technology solutions. The role requires providing consultative services that bridge business needs with system integration capabilities. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with the client s objectives.

Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to deliver solutions that accurately reflect business requirements and support seamless integration across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches to resolve them.




- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integrations using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows and how they translate into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop scalable integration strategies.
- Familiarity with API management, data exchange protocols, and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient integration solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
