We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Operator to operate and monitor injection molding machines used for manufacturing plastic components for IV fluid products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in injection molding operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or plastic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- - Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.

- - Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.

- - Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.

- - Monitor production quality and identify molding defects such as flash, short molding, black spots, deformation, and dimensional variations.

- - Ensure proper handling of molded components and prevent contamination.

- - Carry out routine inspection of molded products as per approved specifications.

- - Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift documentation.

- - Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and hygiene requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- - Maintain cleanliness of the machine and production area.

- - Coordinate with Production, QA/QC,



and Maintenance departments for production and quality-related issues.

- - Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, and quality deviations to the supervisor.

- - Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety.

Qualification

- - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, Production, or related field preferred.

- - Relevant experience in injection molding operations is mandatory.

- - Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, IV fluid, or plastic component manufacturing will be an advantage.

Experience

- - Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Injection Molding Operator.

- - Experience with plastic components used in pharmaceutical/medical applications is preferred.

Required Skills

- - Good knowledge of injection molding machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

- - Knowledge of molding parameters and defect identification.

- - Basic understanding of GMP and production documentation.

- - Ability to work in shifts.

- - Positive teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
