Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durg for a Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources

Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and talent acquisition. The role includes overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, coordinating training and development programs,



and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Other duties involve improving workplace culture, performance management, and fostering positive employee-employer relationships.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and employee engagement strategies
- Ability to design and execute training, development, and skill-building initiatives
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
- Prior experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in diverse industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, or education
- Commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and community development
