Sobtis Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen HR operations across our group businesses.

This is a group-level role for someone who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, work closely with business/unit heads, and partner directly with the promoters as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across teaching, non-teaching, hospitality, administrative and support functions
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and processes across group businesses
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll, appraisals, increments and performance-management processes
- Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits and full & final settlements
- Ensure adherence to applicable statutory and HR compliance requirements
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes
- Work closely with unit heads to address manpower and HR requirements
- Drive employee engagement and help build a skilled, accountable workplace culture
- Establish greater standardisation and discipline in HR systems across the Group

Who We’re Looking For





- 6–10 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role
- MBA / PG qualification in HR or equivalent
- Solid experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations and compliance
- Experience with education, hospitality, real estate, multi-unit or promoter-driven organisations will be preferred
- Strong communication, documentation and people-management skills
- Comfortable working in a practical, execution-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function
- Must be willing to work full-time, on-site in Bareilly
