Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of personnel records. This role will support implementation and communication of HR policies, manage employee benefits and leave administration, and assist with payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team. The HR Generalist will help resolve employee queries, support performance review processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and compliance with labor regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



working closely with management and teams to ensure a consistent and supportive employee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits and Advantages Administration, including handling health insurance, leaves, and related documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within service or tech-enabled businesses.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
