Role Description




The DevOps Engineer role at SimpleChime is a full-time remote position focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our healthcare communication platform. In this role, the DevOps Engineer will design and manage cloud environments, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with software engineers to set up and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines, monitoring system performance, automating routine operations, and troubleshooting production issues. The DevOps Engineer will also participate in incident response, refine deployment processes, and help define best practices for system administration and platform resilience in a healthcare context.
