RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Represent the Company as the Head of O&M; at site and ensure adherence to all requirements within the Company’s scope of services.
- Understand the Scope of Work, project deliverables, KPIs, resource requirements and contractual obligations, and ensure achievement of operational and maintenance targets.
- Lead and supervise all managers, supervisors and site representatives to ensure smooth and productive O&M; activities.
- Plan and monitor preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
- Monitor O&M; KPIs, maintenance performance, equipment availability and service quality and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensure proper planning and availability of manpower, spares, tools, equipment and other resources required for effective maintenance operations.
- Monitor spare requirements, inventory, major spare life cycle, refurbishment plans and maintenance-related costs to ensure optimal resource utilization.




- Conduct RCA and ensure effective implementation of CAPA for major breakdowns, recurring issues and operational deviations.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, client requirements, safety standards, statutory requirements and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with client management and representatives, address enquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize business and performance review meetings with clients and drive continuous improvement, Kaizen and productivity initiatives.
- Recruit, train, induct, retain and evaluate employees to maintain the required staffing pattern and operational performance.
- Manage employee issues, concerns and grievances and ensure effective workforce coordination and discipline.
- Ensure effective cost reduction through optimal resource utilization, waste minimization, maintenance efficiency and process improvements.
- Maintain required operational, maintenance, manpower and employee records and submit timely reports to management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
