An upcoming career acceleration platform connecting Sri Lankan undergraduates with top Tech Leads, Technical Recruiters, and C-Suite Executives is looking for an energetic Founding Partner / Community Lead to be the front-facing driving force of our brand.

What You’ll Do:

- University Partnerships: Build and lead collaborations with university student bodies (IEEE, Rotaract, AIESEC, Student Councils, and Tech Societies).
- Event Hosting: Host and moderate interactive career webinars, AMA sessions, and community workshops.
- Operations & Coordination: Manage student-to-mentor booking workflows and streamline day-to-day engagement.
- Growth & Visibility: Drive organic student acquisition, brand outreach, and community engagement across social channels.

Who We Are Looking For:





- Exceptional Communicator: Confident, articulate, and fluent in both English and Sinhala.(Tamil plus)
- Campus Leader: Prior experience in university club leadership, event coordination, or public speaking.
- Self-Driven & Organized: Proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic about youth career development.
- Undergraduates (final/pre-final year) or Fresh Graduates are warmly welcome to apply.
