- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp and social-media leads.

- Explain membership plans, pricing, offers and facilities.

- Conduct gym tours and convert enquiries into memberships.

- Follow up with leads regularly until conversion.

- Achieve monthly membership sales targets.

- Maintain a proper database of leads and their follow-up status.

- Promote personal training, group classes and other gym services.

1. Membership Renewal & Retention

- Track memberships that are expiring.

- Contact members before expiry and encourage timely renewal.

- Follow up with inactive members.

- Understand member concerns and coordinate with trainers/management for solutions.

- Maintain good relationships with existing members.

1. Front Desk & Customer Service

- Welcome members and visitors professionally.

- Handle membership registration, renewals, transfers and freezes.

- Explain gym rules, timings and facilities.

- Maintain accurate member records.

- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate important issues to management.

- Ensure the reception/front desk is clean and organized.

1. Sales Follow-up





- Make daily follow-up calls/messages to leads.

- Maintain a daily lead and conversion report.

- Track:

- Recent enquiries

- Follow-ups

- Gym visits

- Membership conversions

- Renewal conversions

- Lost leads

- Revenue generated

1. Payment & Documentation

- Collect membership payments through approved payment methods.

- Generate/maintain receipts and membership records.

- Ensure all membership forms and documents are completed correctly.

- Coordinate with accounts/management regarding payment reconciliation.

1. Marketing Support

- Promote current offers and membership packages.

- Contact old/inactive leads for new offers.

- Encourage member referrals.

- Support gym promotional campaigns, events and social-media activities.

- Collect Google reviews and member feedback.

1. Daily Performance Expectations

A good coordinator should be responsible for both sales and customer experience.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
