Role Description The Graduate Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chengalpattu.
Graduate
Trainees will support manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams in day-to-day operations, including monitoring production activities, assisting in process optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and documenting standard operating procedures under guidance from senior team members. Trainees may assist in basic equipment checks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure adherence to safety, quality,
and compliance standards. The position offers structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes to build a solid foundation for future roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in engineering or technology disciplines such as Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and basic process understanding relevant to manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in written and verbal communication, documentation, and collaboration for effective teamwork in cross-functional settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and basic technical software or lab equipment related to their discipline.
- Candidates should possess a learning mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures consistently.
- Relevant internship, academic project, or lab experience in electronics, semiconductors, or manufacturing is beneficial.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is preferred.
